Ezek néhány ezres létszámútól a sok tízezres méretűek. A kínai kommunista párt elrendelte, hogy minden megyének legalább egy karantén tábort kell építenie. Kínának 2884 megyéje van. Jelenleg is több száz karantén tábor épül Kína-szerte.

Szóval a kínai kormány egy mozdulattal, könnyedén, bárkit, akár komplett csoportokat is kizárhat a társadalomból azzal, hogy elveszi a ZÖLD COVID QR-kódjukat. Pl. tüntetőket, hisz a GPS alapján pontosan tudja, hogy ki, mikor hol volt. Így se vásárolni, se dolgozni nem tud, se a pénzéhez nem férhet hozzá. Illetve, ha PIROS jelzése van és nem megy karantén táborba, akkor a rendőrség elfogja és kényszerintézkedéssel viszik be.
