Foreword
Life has taught me that the path to health is never found through pre-made maps or off-the-shelf solutions promoted by loud advertisements. There are no universally valid answers, eternal recipes, or guaranteed fixes. What we can learn, however, is how to refine our inner compass — the ability to hear the quiet signals of our body, to notice subtle changes, and to trust our intuition.
This path requires attention, observation, and experimentation. Everyone starts from a different place and moves in a different direction, but one thing is certain: the right path is rarely pointed out by the loudest voices. That’s why we must sharpen our inner sensitivity — to detect the quieter signals, the ones that don’t shout, yet point toward truth.
We are all explorers of our own bodies and lives — and this search never truly ends. Health is not a fixed state to be achieved, but a dynamic process in which we must repeatedly rediscover the tools and insights that move us forward. Sometimes a long-held belief collapses; other times, an unexpected realization opens a new path.
This writing is just a snapshot — a cross-section of personal experience, research, and lessons learned at a given moment. It is not a final word, but an invitation — to reflect, observe, and ask new questions. Because health is never a destination, but a continuous journey in the right direction, where every step matters.

To me, the human body is not merely a complex sum of cells, molecules, and enzymes, but beneath every physiological process lies an even more fundamental principle: bioelectricity.
The foundation of life is the electrical potential of cells, the finely tuned balance of redox states, and the uninterrupted flow of electrons—enabling energy transfer, communication, and regeneration at every moment.
This principle is not limited to humans; it is the universal signature of life itself. From the tiniest bacteria to the root networks of trees and the most complex organisms, this subtle bioelectrical pulsation defines the true boundary between inanimate matter and living systems. When we speak of this delicate balance, we are, in fact, speaking about life itself.
Over the past years, through experience and deliberate self-experimentation, I’ve come to identify a triad of foundational principles that may serve as a meaningful starting point for those seeking the path of bioelectrical health.
This is not a fixed recipe, but rather a compass—an approach that is simple yet profound, built upon supporting the body’s natural functioning. It rests on three pillars:
CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution): a daytime, selective redox system harmonizer.
Evolutionary Diet: a stable bioenergetic fuel source.
Grounding: a nighttime electron replenishment method, serving as a natural alternative to antioxidants.
This triadic system—what we might call the “Bioelectrical triad”—in my view, and following the logic of the bioelectric paradigm, may not only help prevent but potentially reverse many chronic and degenerative diseases, while rendering most synthetic supplements and artificial interventions unnecessary.
Of course, this is not a medical claim, but simply an alternative approach that aims to understand life from a slightly different perspective.
Element 1: Eliminating Short Circuits
CDS as an Intelligent Redox Surgeon
In the modern human body, more and more “bioelectrical short circuits” are forming—imperceptible yet continuous drains on cellular energy levels that disrupt information flow and hinder regeneration. These short-circuits most commonly appear in the form of hidden inflammations, chronic infections, persistent pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi), heavy metals, cancerous lesions, and other redox-sensitive molecules – elements that behave unpredictably and disruptively in intercellular communication. It is into this disharmonious system that CDS (chlorine dioxide solution) enters, acting as a selective redox surgeon.
The Operating Principle of CDS: Redox Potential–Based “Intelligence”
Chlorine dioxide is not a blunt, indiscriminate oxidizing agent. Its true strength lies precisely in its selectivity. From an electrochemical perspective, chlorine dioxide has a standard redox potential of +0.95 V – which means it only oxidizes substances with a lower oxidation potential. In other words, CDS ‘intelligently’ selects its targets, not based on whether something is ‘good’ or ‘bad,’ but according to the electrical instability of molecules. This property makes it both unique and gentle toward healthy cells.
It is worth noting that this +0.95 V value is remarkably close to that of molecular oxygen (O₂), which has a standard redox potential of +0.82 V. Oxygen, which we constantly inhale, is also an oxidant, yet our cells have learned to manage and utilize it for energy production – so a redox potential in this range is not foreign to the body. By contrast, hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), which the body itself produces as part of the immune response, is a much stronger oxidant, with a redox potential of +1.78 V. This shows that the body sometimes employs far more aggressive oxidants when necessary – but those can also pose a potential risk to healthy cells.
The advantage of chlorine dioxide, therefore, is that it is strong enough to oxidize unstable, pathogenic, or toxic targets, yet does not exceed the threshold that would compromise the integrity of healthy cells.
Inflammatory foci, bacterial and viral membranes, toxic molecules, and metabolic waste have lower redox potentials, which allows CDS to selectively oxidize and deactivate them—while leaving healthy, well-structured cells untouched, since their electrical stability protects them.
This redox “filtering effect” acts like an electrical cleansing of the intercellular space. CDS disconnects faulty connections, noisy fields, and sources of inflammation from the network—it doesn’t suppress symptoms but performs a true system cleanup.
Anti-Inflammatory Effect: Extinguishing Internal Short Circuits
Inflammation in the body isn’t just an unpleasant symptom—it’s a source of electrical disturbance. In an inflamed area, membrane potential becomes imbalanced, free radicals increase, and intercellular communication becomes distorted. This is essentially a “bioelectrical short circuit,” which negatively impacts the surrounding cells as well. CDS can extinguish these local short circuits by:
Neutralizing free radicals that sustain inflammation,
Oxidizing unstable molecules involved in the inflammatory cascade,
And indirectly reducing immune system overload.
Reducing inflammation is therefore not merely a biochemical process, but also one of reorganizing cellular and tissue structures and restoring electrical coherence.
Cleansing the Extracellular Matrix
The intercellular space—the extracellular matrix—is not a passive “filler” but an information medium. It is the site of cell-to-cell communication, the removal of metabolic byproducts, and it defines the quality of the cellular environment.
When this medium becomes clogged—with microbial waste, heavy metals, oxidized proteins—the cells become overwhelmed by “noise.” This distortion of information flow can lead to inflammation, tumor formation, and chronic fatigue.
Due to its molecular size and redox potential, CDS is able to penetrate this matrix and gradually cleanse it. It’s as if we are retuning the bioelectrical communication network: filtering out noisy lines, clearing the pathways, and re-optimizing the flow.
Paradox Antioxidant Effect: The Electron-Donating Oxidant
One of the most fascinating properties of CDS is that it can act not only as an oxidant but, in certain cases, also as an antioxidant. At first glance, this may seem paradoxical, but the electrochemical reality is simple:
CDS has an oxidation potential of +0.95 V.
If it encounters a highly reactive free radical such as OH• (hydroxyl radical, +2.8 V), CDS itself becomes an electron donor, thereby neutralizing the stronger radical.
As a result, CDS can function as an antioxidant—particularly in environments where excessive oxidative stress threatens the cells.
This dual behavior—oxidant and antioxidant depending on context—makes CDS truly unique among therapeutic molecules. It does not attack indiscriminately but acts based on the laws of electrical potential, making intelligent choices accordingly.
Daytime Application: Timed to the Body’s Active Phase
CDS is best used during the daytime, as it can be easily integrated into daily hydration routines and aligns with the body’s natural rhythm:
The body is in an active, catabolic state, with accelerated metabolism.
Circulation is more intense, allowing faster and more efficient delivery of active compounds to tissues—especially to areas of “short circuits.”
The immune system’s patrolling and surveillance functions are dominant. When CDS selectively oxidizes pathogens and inflammatory sites, it alters their bioelectrical “signature,” effectively exposing them and signaling immune cells to intervene where needed.
During the daytime, the body is most receptive to system maintenance, and CDS can be seamlessly integrated into this process. The body at this time is like a machine in operation—and the maintenance technician (CDS) works most effectively when the machine is running.
The Redox Surgeon Metaphor
If a physician works with a scalpel, then CDS works with an electrode. It does not cut tissue—it neutralizes redox pathology. It does not dismantle physiological structures but targets only those elements that are electrically unstable and interfere with the body’s communication, energy flow, and regenerative capacity.
This is the essence of CDS’s therapeutic role: it doesn’t replace anything—it restores order. Like an electrician working inside the body’s internal circuitry, it precisely identifies where the short circuits are and not only breaks the faulty circuit but leaves behind a high-energy, fresh connection point—in the form of released oxygen. This oxygen acts like a bioelectrical spark, instantly available to fuel recovery and energize the system for building new, healthy connections. This way, the system can once again function freely and efficiently.
The Genius of the Chlorine Dioxide (CDS) Mechanism
The brilliance of CDS lies in its dual and complementary function. In the first step, like a precision redox surgeon, it selectively removes bioelectrical “short circuits” from the system. Its +0.95 V redox potential allows it to target and extract electrons from redox-unstable, inflammation-inducing pathogens and toxins. In doing so, it doesn’t suppress symptoms—it eliminates the source of disruption, clearing the intercellular space and restoring the potential for orderly communication.
But the process doesn’t end there. After completing its “cleansing” and absorbing an electron, CDS decomposes and releases pure molecular oxygen (O₂) locally. This freshly available oxygen is not just a neutral byproduct—it’s a highly electronegative, high-energy molecule—a kind of “bioelectrical spark.” This spark is immediately ready to enter the mitochondria as the final electron acceptor in cellular respiration, boosting energy production.
Thus, CDS not only eliminates the problem—it simultaneously provides the energetic potential needed for repair, especially in previously oxygen-deprived, “suffocating” tissues—precisely where it’s needed the most.

Element 2: The Right Fuel
Bioelectrically Coherent Nutrition
Our body, as a sophisticated bioelectrical system, can only function harmoniously if its internal environments conduct flow effectively—whether that flow consists of electrons, ions, or information. The intercellular space, the structure of the body’s water systems, and the condition of cellular membranes all determine the quality of conductivity within us. Nutrition plays a crucial role in this: it not only provides energy, but also supplies essential substances—minerals, coenzymes, structured water, essential fatty acids etc.—that help maintain electrical potential at the cellular level and support the bioelectrical conductivity of living tissues.
Modern nutritional science often reduces the role of food to a numbers game of calories and macronutrients—when in reality, the food we consume is not just fuel, but also information and a medium for supporting bioelectrical coherence. The quality, structure, and nutrient content of what we eat directly influence the body’s conductivity, cellular voltage, and how freely the flow of electrons can move within us.
The diet we follow is the most direct and intimate way we turn the outside world into a part of our internal environment. Every bite we take affects our cellular voltage, mitochondrial function, hormonal balance, and the coherence of our internal fields. Therefore, nutrition is not merely a matter of trends—it is a matter of rigorous bioelectrical logic.
The nutritional model that best supports internal electrical harmony is based on a few universal, evolutionarily consistent principles, where the focus is on clean-sourced, minimally processed, and nutrient-dense foods.
The Pillars of a Bioelectrical Diet:
Ensuring Stable Electrical Potential: Avoiding the Glycemic Rollercoaster
One of the greatest bioelectrical “offenses” of a modern, processed-food-based diet is the overconsumption of refined carbohydrates (sugar, white flour). These rapidly absorbed carbs cause sudden and dramatic spikes in blood sugar, which are met with a strong insulin response from the body. This cycle of sharp rise and rapid fall creates a form of electrical instability—an internal “short circuit.” Cells, especially mitochondria, become overwhelmed by the sudden glucose influx, leading to heightened oxidative stress (electron loss) and fluctuations in membrane potential.
This explains the well-known phenomenon of the “food coma” after a high-carb lunch. The rapid rise in blood sugar and subsequent insulin surge not only strain the hormonal system but also throw the entire bioelectrical network of the body out of balance. Cellular voltage drops, communication becomes “noisy,” and the brain’s energy supply grows unstable. The resulting mental fog, poor concentration, and fatigue are the direct, subjective manifestations of this bioelectrical collapse.
To better understand this process, let’s consider a very simplified but illustrative analogy involving the conductivity of liquids.
Pure distilled water is a poor conductor on its own; it lacks the dissolved ions necessary to transmit electrical signals. This medium is like an emptied, information-deficient intercellular space where communication becomes sluggish. When we add natural salt to this water, it dissociates into ions (sodium and chloride), and the liquid suddenly becomes an excellent conductor. The electrical system “comes alive.” This image corresponds to the ideal state of our body: a medium rich in electrolytes, where intercellular communication is clear, fast, and unhindered.
And now comes the key point: what happens when we pour sugar into this ideal salty solution? Sugar does not contribute to conductivity—on the contrary, since it doesn’t ionize, it merely turns the liquid into a dense, “sticky” substance in which ions can no longer move freely. Conductivity drops dramatically. The system becomes “noisy” and slows down.
Essentially, this is what happens in the body after a high-carbohydrate meal. The sudden influx of glucose floods the system, disrupting the delicate electrolyte balance and suppressing clear intercellular communication. It doesn’t subtract—it adds something. But it adds exactly what impairs the free flow.
By contrast, a natural, low-glycemic-load diet—built on slow-digesting carbohydrates, quality proteins, and especially clean, stable fats—provides a steady and long-lasting energy supply. This stability allows cells to maintain their optimal voltage, avoiding bioelectrical weakening. Stable blood sugar equates to a more stable internal electrical environment.
Mitochondrial Efficiency and the Body’s Internal Water Factory
Mitochondria—our cells’ tiny power plants—require more than just glucose and fatty acids. Their finely tuned electron transport chain depends on various cofactors (e.g., B vitamins, coenzyme Q10, magnesium), which are provided by a “living,” nutrient-rich diet.
Fats as an energy source offer a remarkable additional benefit. When the body burns fat (via beta-oxidation), the process produces not only ATP (energy) but also a surprisingly large amount of metabolic water. Roughly 107–110 grams of pure, endogenous water is generated from the oxidation of just 100 grams of fat, all within the mitochondria.
And this isn’t just any water. It is the purest, most structured form—similar to EZ (exclusion zone) water—which ideally supports the gel-like internal matrix of cells. This internal hydration is critical for proper protein folding, enzymatic activity, and intracellular electrical signaling. A fat-adapted organism is thus able to “hydrate from within,” maintaining an optimal electrical environment at the cellular level. This also explains how certain animals can survive long periods without drinking water.
A classic example is the kangaroo rat. Its survival is made possible by metabolic water: it produces the water it needs within its body by metabolizing the fat-rich seeds that constitute its diet. It combines this internal water source with an extremely efficient water-conservation system (concentrated urine, minimal evaporation) and a nocturnal lifestyle, enabling it to live completely without drinking water.
Reducing Inflammation to Protect Cell Membranes
The cell membrane is a fluid, dynamic double lipid layer whose integrity and flexibility are essential to proper bioelectrical function. Processed vegetable oils, rich in omega-6 fatty acids, promote inflammation and stiffen membranes, impairing their electrical properties. In contrast, a diet rich in anti-inflammatory omega-3s, as well as natural saturated and monounsaturated fats, helps maintain membrane fluidity and electrical stability.
“Clean” membranes conduct electrical signals more efficiently and enable more effective communication between cells.
What Does an Evolutionarily Natural Diet Really Mean, and How Does It Support the Body’s Electrical Balance?
While individual needs may differ, the emphasis is on natural, minimally processed, nutrient-dense foods—the kind humanity has consumed for millennia, and which best support our internal electrical systems:
High-quality animal fats and proteins Preferably meats and fats from pasture-raised, free-ranging animals—such as beef from cattle—as well as nutrient-dense organ meats. The liver is of particular importance, being a rich source of B vitamins (especially B12), heme iron, copper, zinc, vitamin A (as retinol), choline, and coenzyme Q10—all in bioavailable forms that the body can easily absorb and utilize.
Also included here is the fat from slow-growing, traditional breeds—such as Mangalica pigs—which is especially rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, natural antioxidants, and has excellent fat-water emulsifying properties.
Traditional animal fats such as duck and goose fat are also valuable fat sources.
Bone broth is not only rich in collagen and minerals, but also supports the structure of the extracellular matrix.
Wild-caught fatty fish—such as sardines, mackerel, and salmon—are not only high in anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids but also provide a stable, natural lipid matrix that supports the conductivity, flexibility, and electrical stability of cell membranes.
Traditional animal-based foods – such as fat, liver, and bone marrow – uniquely provide fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K2), antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and the natural lipid matrix necessary for maintaining the bioelectrical balance of cell membranes. These foods stood at the center of human nutrition for centuries – and not by accident.
Eggs - Often referred to as “nature’s multivitamin,” especially the yolks of free-range (pasture-raised) hens. They contain concentrated amounts of essential fatty acids, choline, vitamins, and minerals.
Natural, healthy fats - Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, avocado, coconut oil, and coconut butter provide stable cellular energy and support mitochondrial health.
Low-glycemic vegetables - Especially above-ground leafy greens (spinach, sorrel, lettuces), cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, kale), as well as cucumber, zucchini, and asparagus. These offer fiber, polyphenols, and essential electrolytes like potassium and magnesium.
Low-sugar fruits (in moderation) - Berries such as raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries are packed with antioxidants and bioelectrically active compounds.
Nuts and seeds (in moderation) - Macadamia nuts, pecans, and Brazil nuts are particularly valuable, being rich in monounsaturated fats, selenium (especially Brazil nuts), magnesium, and antioxidant compounds. These nutrients support cell voltage, mitochondrial function, and protection against oxidative stress.
Moderation is essential, however, as most nuts are also high in omega-6 fatty acids, which in excess may disrupt fatty acid balance.
Fermented, living foods - This includes quality fermented dairy (according to individual tolerance), such as live-culture kefir or long-aged cheeses (e.g. Parmesan, Gruyère), both rich in vitamin K2. Also important are fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, traditional pickles, and kimchi. These foods, with their live enzymes and probiotics, support a healthy gut microbiome—which is in fact an invisible bioelectrical ecosystem. Its condition directly influences systemic inflammation and the body’s electrical coherence.
Unrefined, natural salt - Unlike refined table salt, quality sea salt, Parajd salt, or Himalayan salt not only provides sodium but also dozens of trace minerals essential for the body’s bioelectrical conductivity. Proper electrolyte balance is fundamental to maintaining cellular voltage and enabling nerve signal transmission.
Herbs and spices - These are concentrated bioelectrical “information packets,” such as turmeric, ginger, rosemary, cinnamon, and garlic. They do more than flavor food—they deliver potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and circulation-enhancing compounds that fine-tune cellular communication and strengthen the body’s defense systems.
In contrast, the foods that should be minimized—or ideally avoided altogether—are those that may deplete electrons, destabilize cellular voltage, and generate disruptive signals that hinder clear intercellular communication. This is what we call bioelectrical noise:
Refined sugars and rapidly absorbed carbohydrates (white flour, pastries, pasta):
These fast-absorbing carbs spike blood sugar, promote inflammation, deplete electron reserves, and interfere with mitochondrial function—creating internal metabolic dissonance.
Legumes and grains:
This is perhaps the most debated topic in modern nutrition, yet from an evolutionary and bioelectrical perspective, it is of key importance. Just consider: a plant cannot run from its predators. Its survival depends on a chemical defense system concentrated in its seeds—its most valuable genetic legacy. The outer coatings of grains and legumes are packed with antinutrients such as lectins and phytic acid, which are specifically designed to cause digestive problems for the consumer, irritate the intestinal lining, and block the absorption of vital minerals like zinc, iron, and magnesium.
Ruminant animals (such as cattle) possess multi-chambered, complex digestive systems precisely adapted to neutralize these defense compounds. The human digestive system, however, is not capable of doing so. When we consume these substances in large quantities, they can lead to chronic gut irritation, leaky gut syndrome, and autoimmune reactions—ultimately disrupting the body’s foundational bioelectrical system.
A valid question may arise regarding traditionally prepared, long-fermented sourdough breads. In this case, during the slow fermentation process, lactic acid bacteria and yeasts do much of the work for us: they essentially pre-digest the grains and significantly break down or neutralize these antinutrient compounds. This indeed greatly reduces the direct burden on the gut.However, the bioelectrical picture is still not ideal. Bread’s fundamental property—its high glycemic load—remains. Even the highest-quality sourdough bread causes significant blood sugar and insulin spikes, which, from our model’s perspective, remain undesirable bioelectrical events. Therefore, its consumption can be considered only as an occasional, conscious exception—not as a staple of the daily diet.
Sugary and artificially sweetened soft drinks, energy drinks, alcoholic beverages:
They may appear to be fluids, but in reality, they are sources of bioelectrical disruption—they destabilize blood sugar levels, promote inflammation, and trigger bioelectrical disharmony. Moreover, they act very quickly and are easily consumed in large quantities.
Processed, omega-6-rich vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, canola, soybean):
These oils oxidize easily, impair mitochondrial membranes, and contribute to a pro-inflammatory state.
All ultra-processed foods:
Often loaded with artificial additives, preservatives, and flavor enhancers—these act as biochemical and electrical stressors with no place in a regenerative, coherent nutritional model.
It’s important to emphasize that individual tolerance to the above-mentioned foods can vary greatly. The key lies in the state and composition of our gut microbiome—the microbial community living in our intestines. A robust, diverse microbiome may be capable of partially neutralizing plant antinutrients or buffering blood sugar fluctuations, meaning that the harmful effects might not appear immediately or overtly.
This is why many people don’t notice the destructive effects of these foods in the short term. The problem often builds up silently, at a subclinical level. Continuous, low-grade bioelectrical stress gradually drains the body’s energy reserves, eventually manifesting—years or even decades later—as chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, accelerated aging, autoimmune responses, or other degenerative conditions.
Absence of symptoms is not the same as absence of problems—it merely means that the body’s current compensatory capacity is still sufficient to mask the “noise.”
One might ask how these principles can be applied within a purely plant-based, vegan diet. While maintaining bioelectrical harmony in this case may require greater awareness and more careful planning—since the nutrient density and the bioavailability of certain micronutrients in plant-based foods differ from those of animal origin—the core principles remain the same. However, since I have no personal experience with the vegan diet, I prefer not to offer specific recommendations.
What is definitely worth mentioning in relation to nutrition is fasting, as a form of bioelectrical “reset”—the power of digestive silence.
Nutrition from a bioelectrical perspective isn’t just about what we eat, but also about when we don’t eat. Every meal initiates an active, energy-demanding process in the body. Constant eating (such as frequent snacking) keeps the system in a perpetual “processing mode,” generating a continuous background of bioelectrical noise.
In contrast, consciously inserted digestive breaks—fasting periods—allow the body to redirect its energy away from processing external inputs and toward internal repair and regeneration.
One of the most effective and easiest strategies is time-restricted eating.
This means limiting all daily food intake to a narrower window—such as a 6–8 hour period—while consuming only water (or in our case, water with CDS) during the remaining 16–18 hours. From a bioelectrical point of view, this offers several advantages:
Stabilizing blood sugar levels: Fewer meals mean fewer spikes in blood sugar and insulin. This prevents constant “bioelectrical short-circuits” and allows cellular voltage to stabilize. The body learns to efficiently draw energy from stored fat, which provides a cleaner and more stable “fuel.”
Slowing down aging: As we grow older, our metabolic efficiency and regenerative capacity naturally decline. The body becomes more sensitive to metabolic stress. Narrowing the eating window becomes a logical adaptive strategy: it gives the system longer recovery time for repair processes, compensating for decreasing internal efficiency.
Activating autophagy: Perhaps the deepest benefit of fasting is the activation of autophagy. Autophagy—literally “self-eating”—is the body’s most intelligent internal cleanup and recycling program. When the body receives no external nutrients, it begins to search within the cells to break down damaged, malfunctioning, or unnecessary components—misfolded proteins, dysfunctional mitochondria, and other cellular “debris.”

However, this triad is not a final, carved-in-stone recipe, nor is it the ultimate destination. It is more of a tool, a compass for a personal journey of discovery.
This path lasts a lifetime—I, too, am constantly walking it. It requires attention, experimentation, and learning. We will never receive a perfect map or infallible GPS coordinates. At best, we come across a few signposts along the way, and at every crossroads, we ourselves must decide whether to turn left or right. And if a new direction turns out to be a dead end, we always have the freedom to turn back and choose another path. Perhaps it is precisely this continuous exploration and personal experience that makes the whole journey truly exciting.
There is, however, one thing worth keeping in mind along the way. If a signpost appears suspiciously large, bright, and shiny—and it’s obvious from afar that it was placed there with a lot of money—always ask yourself: Was it really put there to improve our health, or merely to steer us toward profit?
True guidance is rarely found on these sponsored, well-lit, easy-to-travel highways. More often, it lies on those quiet backroads where no one bothered to build exits. Always stay alert and notice the signs that someone tried to tear down, paint over, or next to which someone carefully placed an official-looking “No Entry” sign. Because real, effective solutions—whether ancient wisdoms or groundbreaking discoveries—often begin exactly where the interests of profit-driven systems come to an end.
